I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Tug and Go. I had high hopes for their fire hose dog toys based on the concept and durability they promised. For Christmas, I placed two separate orders: one for two toys for my own dogs and another for two toys as gifts for my family members. While the toys for my dogs arrived as expected, the second order—the gifts—never showed up.
This might have been forgivable if their customer service had stepped in to resolve the issue, but that’s where Tug and Go’s service completely fell apart. I have contacted them multiple times—via email, phone, and text—without any response whatsoever. Not even a courtesy acknowledgment that my messages were received. It’s as if the company has vanished, leaving me with no way to resolve this issue or get my money back.
To say this experience has been a disappointment is an understatement. The lack of communication is unprofessional and disrespectful, and it reflects poorly on their commitment to their customers. I’m left without the products I paid for and a sour taste in my mouth.
If you’re considering Tug and Go for fire hose dog toys, I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere. There are other companies in this space that offer similar products and are likely to care more about their customers than Tug and Go apparently does. Don’t waste your money or your time on a company that doesn’t value you as a customer.
I can’t recommend this company to anyone and will certainly not be giving them another chance. Steer clear—your money is better spent elsewhere.

My lab puppy absolutely loves this toy! She easily destroys most toys very quickly. However, this has been going on several weeks of regular play and chewing and still has lots of wear to go. It’s definitely one of her faves!

My 3 pitbulls wreck almost every toy they get. sometimes in minutes. This is going on a month now with no indication of this toy failing like the others. I will definitely be getting more.

Our Aussie (Bear) is a master at destroying toys quickly and this is holding up better than expected. I was thinking one day about what would hold up to his awesome abilities and somehow landed on fire hose. Well did a quick search and you guys are obviously already way ahead of me. Ordered the Tug toy and he's so happy. 100% worth it. Glad we and Bear found you.

This tug does FRAY, but that is noted in the description-& I trim off every few days. 1 month of inside / outside/ mud , rain and many wild tug games- still holding up and no FILLING( fluffy or otherwise) on my floor!
Pleased enough that I will order one for friend& her 2 dogs that are destroying most toys with heavy duty tug games. My rottie was ALWAYS “gentle” with her toys- and luvs to retrieve on land or water.. the Pointer luvs to rip everything apart since turning “1”
